Film Training Manitoba (FTM) is partnering with Technical Vocational High School (Tec-Voc) to conduct a series of film training courses and career coaching sessions for the Broadcasting/Media Arts students for the spring of 2021.
“FTM and Tec-Voc have a great history of working collaboratively and we’re very honoured to support the next generation of talented film workers toward careers in Manitoba’s dynamic film industry,” said FTM’s Managing Director Adam Smoluk.
FTM is a non-for-profit charity and member of the sector council program funded by the Province of Manitoba’s Economic Development and Training. FTM’s goal is to develop a highly skilled and adaptable workforce to support the activities of Manitoba production companies.
Tec-Voc’s Broadcasting/Media Arts program supports students with an interest in the production of electronic media. From the small screen to the big screen, from the airwaves to wi-fi, Tec-Voc’s program utilizes cutting-edge high-definition equipment to support students in producing their vision.
