FTM’S Diversity TRAINING PROGRAM
Outreach and Community Development
Film Training Manitoba regularly attends career fairs and trade shows both inside, and outside, of Winnipeg. The goal is to assist our diverse local community members in developing their interest in Manitoba’s film community and to educate them on the training resources available to those interested.
An informative presentation on what a career in the film industry entails is also available to schools, including post-secondary institutions, upon request.
Career Consultations
FTM Training Coordinators are available for one-on-one career consultations at the FTM office, by email or over the phone. These consultations may include (but are not limited too) topics such as training opportunities in film, working on film sets and in the production office, and providing information regarding industry partners and the programs they offer.
