During this two-day, advanced-level acting workshop, the participants will receive a one-on-one coaching session with the instructor by taping audition scenes on camera and then reviewing the footage afterwards.  The instructor will assign participants their scenes in advance of the workshop. Each participant will receive audition coaching, as well as practical and truthful feedback to work with in order to deliver a compelling and truthful performance.

Day 1

  • Introduction of participants, questions and concerns
  • One-on-one individual assessments: Each participant will tape their audition scenes and will receive direct feedback and coaching. Actors will benefit from working on their craft and on adapting their choices for the camera. Participants are asked to bring their headshots and resumes on this day.

Day 2

  • Salient points: Professional presentation and career advice (how to book the callback)
  • Participants will take their acting from “process to product” in a group setting based on the previous day’s notes and assessment of their work
